We’re seeking a driven and strategic individual to join our HR team and help enhance and streamline benefits programs at Black Panda Enterprises.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyse and interpret a variety of US healthcare benefit documents, including plan summaries, provider networks, and evidence of coverage documents.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive mappings of these documents to ensure accurate and consistent data extraction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the knowledge gap regarding US healthcare benefits for our clients.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and contribute to a high-productivity team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in the role of a benefits analyst
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare benefit terminology and regulations.
