An emerging education venture had successfully piloted a social-emotional learning (SEL)–based model in one school. The founders envisioned expanding this approach into a nationwide system — a turnkey solution for new schools built around values, culture, and quality of education.

To achieve this, they needed more than a strategy. They needed a partner who could design, build, and operate the product end-to-end — transforming their philosophy into a scalable business engine.

4. Marketing & GTM Enablement

  • Built the go-to-market strategy targeting first-time school founders and education investors.
  • Created sales and investor collateral, pitch decks, content calendars, and performance dashboards.
  • Launched lead generation through Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, as well as channel partnerships.
  • Developed early brand positioning, narrative, and storytelling to support credibility and thought leadership.
