An emerging education venture had successfully piloted a social-emotional learning (SEL)–based model in one school. The founders envisioned expanding this approach into a nationwide system — a turnkey solution for new schools built around values, culture, and quality of education.
To achieve this, they needed more than a strategy. They needed a partner who could design, build, and operate the product end-to-end — transforming their philosophy into a scalable business engine.
Black Panda was brought in as a co-builder and operational partner, responsible for transforming the concept into a commercially viable, market-ready education platform supported by a sustainable growth model.
Challenge

- Designed and built the platform from scratch, delivering MVP 1.0 (web) and initiating MVP 1.1 (mobile) for future scale.

2. Market, Pricing & Financial Research
- Conducted comparative market studies to analyze franchise-based education models across pricing tiers.

- Validated assumptions through primary interviews with education entrepreneurs in Tier 2/3 cities.
3. Operationalization & Delivery Systems
- Established a centralized operating framework for recruitment, training, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Designed standardized processes for curriculum delivery, audits, escalation, and reporting.
- Enabled full-service delivery — Black Panda manages implementation and performance for each franchise site.
4. Marketing & GTM Enablement
- Built the go-to-market strategy targeting first-time school founders and education investors.
- Created sales and investor collateral, pitch decks, content calendars, and performance dashboards.
- Launched lead generation through Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, as well as channel partnerships.
- Developed early brand positioning, narrative, and storytelling to support credibility and thought leadership.
5. Brand, Legal & IP Structuring
- Defined the brand identity, tone, and visual system for digital and offline presence.
- Drafted franchise agreements and structured IP protection for curriculum and training assets.
