We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, daily HR operations, and administrative activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

What You’ll Do: 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding (75%)

• Manage the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Conduct reference checks, issue offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Handle day-to-day HR activities and maintain employee records.
• Address employee queries related to attendance, leaves, and HR policies.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Administration & Office Management

• Oversee office administrative functions, including vendor coordination, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Ensure a well-maintained and hygienic office environment.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
