Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on full stack engineer with 3–4 years of experience in Python/Django, React, and Node.js to become the technical founding member of our team. You’ll work directly with the founding team to own product development end-to-end—from architecture and coding to deployment and scaling.

This is not just an engineering role—it’s an opportunity to set the foundation of Black Panda’s product-building capability, working across multiple products and internal ventures.

Responsibilities: 

• Product Development: Build, test, and ship scalable applications using Python/Django, React, and Node.js.
• Architecture & Design: Define tech stack, architecture, and best practices for in-house products.
• Execution Partner: Work closely with founders and consultants to translate ideas and requirements into working products.
• Multi-Project Delivery: Lead engineering execution across multiple product initiatives.
• DevOps & Deployment: Own CI/CD, cloud deployments (AWS/GCP), and basic infra management.
• Team Building: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building out Black Panda’s engineering team over time.

Requirements: 

• 3–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in Python/Django, React, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB) and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Comfort with agile sprints, rapid prototyping, and working across multiple domains.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and move fast.
• Bonus: Experience in EdTech, HealthTech, or SaaS products.
